Tinsley Rd, Bentonia, MS 39040

Property Description

Welcome to the Tinsley Road 61, a well-established recreational and hunting property located just northwest of Oil City on Tinsley Road in Yazoo County, Mississippi. This 61± acre tract has been set up with the outdoorsman in mind. The property features multiple established food plots and hunting locations, an extensive interior trail system, a pond with fishing pier, and an established camp area. A remote-controlled gated entrance off Tinsley Road provides convenient and controlled access to the property. Much of the acreage consists of cutover and natural regeneration, creating thick bedding and security cover for wildlife, with standing timber around the camp and in portions of the property. The combination of thick cover, established food plots and water creates excellent wildlife habitat. Deer and turkey are regularly seen on the property, with trail-camera photos documenting both. The pond adds another recreational element to the property and includes a fishing pier with feeder. The established camp area features a 30-foot Outback camper situated beneath a large covered structure, along with a gravel camp and parking area. The camper is currently powered by solar, and a butane tank is on site. Utilities are available at Tinsley Road, providing options for future improvements. An established trail system winds throughout the tract, providing access to the food plots, hunting areas, pond and other portions of the property. Whether you're looking for a hunting property, weekend getaway or family recreational tract, the Tinsley Road 61 offers an opportunity to purchase a property where much of the setup is already in place.
